Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Each dome has a maximum occupancy limit. Please refer to specific dome details for exact numbers.

Additional guests not included in the reservation will incur extra charges.

Pets are NOT allowed inside the domes, we love our furry pets but due to sanitation and allergies of other guests we can’t allow pets in domes.

To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Smoking is prohibited inside all domes. Designated smoking areas are available. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Campfires are permitted only in designated areas. Please follow all fire safety guidelines provided on-site.

Guests must supervise children at all times around fire pits.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed to the provided credit card.

Lotus Glamping is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Please respect the natural environment by not disturbing wildlife and staying on marked trails.

Take only pictures, leave only footprints—please dispose of trash in designated bins.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after using shared amenities. Please leave them as you found them for others to enjoy.

Report any maintenance issues to staff immediately for prompt resolution.
